Transferee Company

This is to bring to your kind notice that the Board of Directors of the respective companies have approved the scheme of amalgamation between DELTA CARS PRIVATE LIMITED and KRISHNAIAH MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, on 29^th January, 2018. Meeting of shareholders and meeting of the Creditors of the Company are being convened on Monday, 5^th March, 2018 at 10 am and 12 noon respectively at the Registered Office of the Company at Secunderabad. The scheme of amalgamation and other documents relating to the merger are available for inspection at the Registered office of the respective companies. Any person desirous of opposing the same shall send a notice to the authorised representative of the company as aforesaid within 15 days from the date of the notice.
